Dwaine Woodard
Senior Pastor
Pastor Dwaine Woodard is a native Texan who accepted Christ at the age of six. He is a humble and gifted servant of God whose greatest desire is to do the will of God and lead others into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
A veteran of the United States Army, Pastor Dwaine served his country honorably before answering God's call to ministry. He became Associate Pastor of Miracle Christian Center in 2022 and now serves as Lead Pastor of THE WAY. He also serves as Director of the Central Texas District with World Ministry Fellowship and as Vice President of the Leon County Ministers Fellowship.
Pastor Dwaine has been married to his wife, Pastor Janet, for more than 33 years. Together they are blessed with four daughters, three sons-in-law, eight grandchildren, and a ninth grandchild on the way.
Known for preaching and teaching God's Word with power, conviction, simplicity, and without compromise, Pastor Dwaine loves God, God's people, and God's Word. Whether ministering from the pulpit or spending time with family, reading, and learning, his passion is to share the truth of God's Word and help others grow in their faith.

Janet Woodard
Co-Pastor
Pastor Janet Woodard serves as Senior Pastor of THE WAY alongside her husband, Pastor Dwaine Woodard. Together they are passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover their God-given purpose.
Pastor Janet is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with everyone. She purposes to see people through the eyes of Jesus and is intentional in studying, teaching, and living out God's Word. Alongside Pastor Dwaine, she shares a powerful testimony of forgiveness, restoration, and God's redeeming grace.
They are the proud parents of four daughters and three sons-in-law and have been blessed with eight grandchildren, with their ninth grandchild on the way.
Known for her practical and biblical teaching style, Pastor Janet often reminds people, "You either trust Him or you don't," and "You don't have to change for Jesus to love you; it's the love of Jesus that changes you." Her heart is to see people healed, equipped, and transformed through the love and power of Jesus Christ.

Johnny and McKenzie Moreno serve as the Youth Pastors of 4:12 Youth at THE WAY. Both are graduates of Texas Bible Institute and have a passion for seeing the next generation encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. Having previously served in other ministry roles, they bring valuable experience, biblical teaching, and a heart for discipleship.
Johnny and McKenzie are the proud parents of three little girls and are excited to welcome a baby boy to their family. Together, they are dedicated to helping young people develop a personal relationship with Christ, discover their God-given purpose, and become strong leaders for the Kingdom. Their desire is to create an environment where every student feels welcomed, encouraged, and challenged to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

Jaime serves as the Pastoral Assistant at THE WAY and is a tremendous blessing to both the church and its leadership. She is invaluable to our Pastors faithfully serving behind the scenes with excellence, organization, and a heart for ministry. Jaime has a remarkable ability to anticipate needs before they arise, often handling important details before anyone else realizes they need attention.
Her servant's heart, dependability, and willingness to help wherever needed make her an incredible asset to THE WAY family. Whether assisting with administrative responsibilities, supporting ministry efforts, or helping pastors and leaders stay focused on their calling, Jaime consistently serves with grace, wisdom, and excellence.

Facilities and Ministry Support Assistant
Allie serves as the Facilities and Ministry Support Assistant at THE WAY, helping create a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for everyone who walks through the doors. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence help ensure that the church is prepared and ready for services, events, and ministry activities.
In addition to caring for the church facilities, Allie provides valuable support to a variety of ministries, willingly stepping in wherever help is needed. Whether assisting behind the scenes, helping with special projects, or serving in day-to-day ministry needs, she approaches every task with a positive attitude and a servant's heart.

Pastors Lloyd and Cheryl Lane, founders of “Miracle Christian Center”. “The Way” now stands and builds upon the heritage they established in 1993.
Their vision and discipleship in Jesus thrives today through the works of this church body.
Together they pastored for over 37 years. He is known for teaching the Word in a down to earth, and relatable way. Cheryl is the founder of Miracle Christian Center's women's ministry, Faith Chicks and is known for her love of the Word of God. Pastor Cheryl moved onto heaven October of 2022. Together they said Yes in answering the call placed on their lives. Miracle Christian Center will always be thankful of their example's of being faithful servants.
